Membership Terms
At Belcourt Aesthetics, our membership program is designed to give you ongoing access to exceptional care and results. Please review the following terms to make the most of your membership:
- 12-Month Commitment: Memberships require a 12-month minimum term and will automatically renew on a monthly basis thereafter unless canceled according to our cancellation policy.
- Automatic Billing: Your monthly membership fee will be automatically drafted from the card on file each billing cycle.
- Member Exclusivity: Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the member listed on the account.
- Monthly Usage: Unused treatments or benefits do not roll over and must be redeemed within the current billing cycle.
Freezing or Cancelling a Membership
- Memberships may be paused once during the 12-month term for up to 30 days, with advance notice and management approval.
- Early cancellation before the 12-month term results in a $150 early termination fee or the repayment of any discounts used, whichever is greater.
- To cancel, a 30-day written notice is required before the next billing cycle.
